Manas Raghuvanshi is a purpose-driven Director at Pyroframe Industries Pvt. Ltd., leading the organization at the forefront of India’s green energy transition. With an academic foundation in Physics from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, he brings a strong analytical perspective to leadership. Manas has been instrumental in steering Pyroframe’s strategic evolution from traditional manufacturing toward solar-powered and energy-efficient operations. A strong advocate of circular economy principles and resource optimization, he actively champions sustainable industrial practices. His leadership in advancing grassroots renewable energy initiatives was recognized at CASCA’25. With a clear focus on scalable solar solutions, green infrastructure, and community stewardship, Manas continues to drive Pyroframe’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and long-term impact.
Tanima Sachar – Director
Tanima Sachar serves as a Director at Pyroframe, bringing a unique blend of academic excellence and diverse professional experience to the leadership team. She holds a Master’s degree in English and a Bachelor of Education, which laid the foundation for her decade-long career as a dedicated educator and administrator. In addition to her strong background in education, Tanima has accumulated three years of hands-on experience managing renewable energy initiatives, particularly in solar and wind energy projects. Her interdisciplinary expertise and passion for sustainable solutions strengthen Pyroframe’s strategic vision and commitment to innovation.
